Team Training

Team Training is for anyone, at any fitness level. Seriously. We have divided the classes so that you are participating at the level that will push you, but not destroy you. Every time our team feels you are approaching a plateau we are going to kick it up a notch. BAM! We'll put you through our tried and true testing, so you can move to the next level of training. FP wants you to have intense workouts that will push you out of your comfort zone and get you results with safety and consistency.
