You can’t build a great home without a solid foundation. Likewise, before we begin more advanced layers of fitness, you first need to establish a proper movement and a base level of conditioning. With a challenging, full-body program, Foundations will ensure you that you avoid injury, make progress at your pace and begin the path to success.


Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics- somewhere between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but they are the most effective! Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, but you will continue to burn fat and calories to 48 hours after your workout is complete; hence the name Afterburn!


Want to get stronger, slimmer, and more athletic? This is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps mean more strength, without bulk. This program combines old-school methods and modern science to achieve better strength and conditioning.

Personal training at Fitness Premier helps you with the five components of fitness, or the five areas that need to be done properly to ensure your success. These include resistance training, cardio, nutrition, plan , and supplementation.

  • Resistance Training: If done properly you can burn the same number of calories or more doing resistance training than just doing cardio.  We will lay out a proper program and proper technique to put together a resistance training program with exact program progression to keep your body guessing to avoid a fitness “plateau.”
  • Cardio: We will show you how to increase the amount of calories burned as quickly as possible.  Everyone knows in order to burn calories you have to increase your heart rate (cardio) but we can show you how to burn more calories faster by doing different training techniques such as interval training, functional training, calisthenics, and polymetric training.
  • Nutrition: Nutrition is the main ingredient for most Americans that hinders us from reaching our health goals and causes the increasing problems of obesity and heart disease related issues.  We will lay out an exact meal plan to ensure you are getting the proper amount of food intake with the right nutrition. You will also have access to meet a nutrition coach up to 3 days a week to make sure you stay on course.
  • Supplementation: We will show you how to maximize your workouts by making sure you are replenishing your body and muscles with the nutrients and protein that you are losing during your workouts. Proper supplementation allows your body to recover more quickly from workouts.
  • Plan:  Our professional trainers will put all 5 components together and help you make sense of it personally. They will be the guidance and the people responsible to getting you to your goal as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You will also get a printout for your references of everything discussed about your health risks, health goals, health age, health age goal, and the 3D images of you now and at your goal

Center your energy! Redefine your self with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger in this invigorating 60 minute mind-body workout. Group Centergy incorporates yoga and pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. Take the time to center your energy with Group Centergy.


Let’s get hard core! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all challenge you like never before. Reach your peak with Group Core!


Fight for it! Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!


Your hour of power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best. Power up!


Ride on! A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Pedal in groups over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors, and an inspiring group environment lets you ride on!


Finish first! Get fitter in only 30 minutes with R30. It’s as easy as riding a bike, and in R30, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating coaches ensures everyone finishes first!


Yoga for you! Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body tomes, strong, and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility- we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain “mental flexibility” and patience. Yoga, like life, is about finding bliss and serenity in the moment. So come on in, relax and move with yoga.


Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment where our little members can play and be active. Two hour time limit per visit. Ages 6 months – 12 years. Available in Beecher, Bourbonnais, and Manteno clubs.
